Frank Salb got his start in the construction industry 35 years ago as a plumber. He believed he could build a stronger, more energy efficient home than the homes for which he was plumbing. With his drive and work ethic, he built Salb Construction into a company that has designed hundreds of homes for satisfied clients in the Lawrence area over the last 25 years. Quality craftsmanship, customer service, and a keen sense of sustainability has set Salb Construction apart from the rest.

Justin Salb grew up around the construction site. Working with his dad and building a strong work ethic at a young age, he learned the integrity of doing the job right, whatever it took. Justin earned his Associates degree in Construction Technology from Emporia State University, and came back to work with his dad. Frank and Justin have been working together ever since. The two became Certified Green Building professionals in 2010, and strive to build skillfully designed homes with energy efficiency as a key component.
